Nia is more than a workout, it's a holistic fitness practice addressing each aspect of your life, by combining dance, martial arts, and mindfulness. Each workout brings mindfulness to your dance movement experience leaving you energized, mentally clear, and emotionally balanced. No registration is required for this class.
LiveSTRONG at the Y | September 10 - December 3 | Briggs YMCA
LiveStrong at the Y is a national program designed to get cancer survivors back on their feet. This is a 12-week program with two 90 minute sessions every Tuesday and Thursday. Participants will work with fitness instructors trained in cancer survivor-ship, post-rehabilitation exercise, and supportive cancer care. Contact Jennifer Veitch to register.
