GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES
The Y is a place where you can stay motivated. We offer a wide range of beginner, intermediate and advanced group exercise classes which are included in your Full Facility Membership.

COMING SOON: Small Group Training
Small Group Training offers the energy of Group Exercise with the individual attention of Personal Training, while being personal, progressive, and results driven. Sessions are led by a certified personal trainer and each session focuses on a specialized format such as strength, agility, sports training, or weight loss. The classes are intentionally small, with 8-12 participants per session, and vary in length and duration.
Enjoy a one-hour circuit workout that is great for all levels. Activities include speed and agility drills, athletic step, running, power walking, jumping rope, while working your abs and stretching.
Core & Cardio
An effective workout designed to get your core and heart in shape. You will build strength, power, flexibility, and cardio conditioning while targeting your abdominal and lower back muscles.
This low impact, moderate intensity exercise class includes aerobic, strength, balance, and core sections. Great for the beginner exerciser and for those looking for a gentler cardio class.
A circuit training class that combines elements of strength, cardio, and core work; cross training has a variety of exercises to keep your body guessing.

Bring your bike riding indoors for this cycling program performed on the Kaiser M3 stationary cycle. It simulates riding positions and terrain used in outdoor cycling. Heart rate monitor recommended. Great calorie burner and cardio conditioning.

STRENGTH TRAIN TOGETHER
Combines traditional strength exercises and the hottest functional training movies, utilizing a barbell, weight plates, and your body weight to make you fitter and stronger. High-rep training and athletic movements are key components of this results0drivien workout. Strength Train Together is developed with a periodized approach to ensure you are constantly changing your workout and challenging your body. Ten tracks are perfectly programmed with specific workout objectives.

SPIRIT, MIND, AND BODY
Mat class focuses on strength, stability, and flexibility, with a particular emphasis on the abdominal and back muscles. At the end of the session, participants feel stretched and connected to their core muscles, and their posture is improved. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness, and injured individuals are welcome.
Chair yoga is designed for those who have health problems that might make the standing and floor sitting styles more difficult. There is a great deal less impact on the joints but a full range of motion is worked that is smooth and relaxing. This class is deeply therapeutic and highly useful to those with knee or other injuries, or high blood pressure.
Places a heavy emphasis on smooth, flowing movement. Begins with gentle warm-ups to warm the body from the inside out, then flows into more challenging poses that build strength, balance, and flexibility. Winds down with gentler poses and ends in floor work.

Inspired by Latin dance, Zumba® combines cardio exercise with an exciting dance routine that is sure to get your heart pumping.
Zumba® Gold was designed for the active older adult, the true beginner, and/or people who are not used to exercising, or people who may be limited physically. Zumba® Gold is done at a much lower intensity. The same great Latin style of music and dance are used and just as fun as the regular Zumba® classes. Zumba® Gold classes
