Curriculum Planning Guidelines

List of Themes/Holidays: September 2010 – June, 2011

If you would like to view the themes themselves, please click on the theme of interest in the box on the upper right-hand corner of the page. You will have on-going access to the current theme as well as the two upcoming themes; however, please note that once a theme has finished, it will no longer be available on the website.

Clicking on the theme’s link will take you to an introduction page in which there will be a link to all the curriculum activities included for that theme. Additionally, you will find the Prescribed Bi-Weekly Curriculum Planner for that theme. This planner is an optional prescribed planner that some site staff choose to implement instead of designing their own. It should give you a good idea of what a typical planner looks like for any given theme.
