Fitness/Cardiovascular
All equipment, including stair steppers, treadmills, elliptical,
exercise bicycles, circuit strength training and free weights,
are available for your use at no extra charge.

Fitness Classes
Members have unrestricted access to group exercise and
water fitness classes at no additional charge.
Programs
Membership in the YMCA means more than just fitness
facilities. Members receive priority registration and
member rates for programs such as arts and humanities,
enrichment classes, youth classes, teen programs, youth
sports, swimming lessons, summer camps, child care and
much more. Pools, Saunas and Hot Tubs
Check the schedule at the local YMCA for lap swim
availability. Saunas and Hot Tubs open all hours of
operation. Running Tracks/Climbing Wall
Indoor tracks for runners and walkers and Rock
Climbing Wall for ages 3 and up. Gymnasiums
Gyms offer basketball, volleyball, and a variety of classes. Courts

While you work out, childcare is available at most
