Strong Kids Strong Teens
A Total Health Team teaches fun ways to be active, eat, and create healthy lifestyles for the whole family. Two 90-minute sessions are conducted each week for three months, then once a week for six weeks. To be involved in Strong Kids Strong Teens, one adult family member or guardian must participate.
