To learn the proper use of the equipment, it is highly recommended that you attend an equipment orientation. Scheduled times are available for cardiovascular equipment, strength machines, and free weights. Scheduling is done at individual YMCA branches. Please plan on 30 to 45 minutes for each session, and come dressed to exercise. |
