Health and Wellness Programs The YMCA wellness programs are designed to help people like you make positive lifestyle changes. We offer a variety of classes where you will learn about nutrition, exercise, behavior modification, emotional eating, body image, and self-empowerment.
Our fitness specialists will help you learn the importance of combining the cardiovascular exercises of your choice (cardio equipment, group exercise classes, lap swimming, etc.) with strength training. You will learn proper use of equipment as well. Explore your options, and look at the many different activities available for you and your family today. Eight Weeks To Wellness (Olympia Downtown Branch) This program was developed to help people like you make positive lifestyle changes. At each weekly meeting, we will introduce you to different aspects of health and how to make lasting behavioral changes in these areas.
