Tae Kwon Do (Briggs Community Branch)
Tae Kwon Do is the scientific use of the mind and body in techniques of self-defense. It combines powerful hand and foot movements with a strong moral code. As a martial art, its discipline techniques and mental training are the basis of a strong sense of justice, resolve, and humility. Registration required.
T/Th 6:45 p.m. - 7:45 p.m.

Fees:
Session 1: Full Members:    Free
Basic Members: $68.50/6 weeks
Session 2: Full Members:    Free
Basic Members: $57.00/5 weeks

South Sound YMCA Tenn Programs - Open GymTeen Open Gym – Ages 14 and up (Briggs Community Branch)
Get in on a pick up game of basketball or play a little two-on-two in our gym.

Available times for teens are:
M/W/F 3:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. 
T/Th 3:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Teen Open Climb (Briggs Community Branch)
Meet other teens and have fun climbing together. This time is designed just for teens. Gain strength, muscle endurance, and balance. This is an exciting way to add variety and challenge to your exercise routine.
Fridays: 7:00 p.m. - 8:45 p.m.

Youth Strength Training – Ages 9 to 14 (Olympia Downtown Branch)
This class is designed to help you achieve fitness and health awareness at an early age. Strength and coordination not only help you develop physically but also socially, in a safe, friendly, and encouraging setting.
