Birthday Parties at the Olympia Downtown YMCA

Your birthday party at the Olympia Downtown YMCA features two hours of YMCA excitement hosted by a trained birthday party facilitator.

The first hour is spent enjoying the activity of your choice. Whether you would like to enjoy exclusive pool time, play Wally ball, or dance ballet in the fitness studio, the YMCA will work hard to meet your party needs.

The second hour is spent in the party room and involves cake, ice cream, games, and presents. Your party host is there to set-up, serve, play games, clean-up, and assist you in any way.

Party Activity Choices

Pool Party
Enjoy an hour of exclusive pool time. Play water volleyball, sharks and minnows, and lots of other fun pool games!

Sports and Games Extravaganza
Play one or more of your favorite sports such as basketball, volleyball, soccer, or games like Battleship Captain, Capture the Flag, and Dodge Ball! Our staff can tailor the party to any age or skill level. Please call. Dates and times available will vary.

Tumbling Party
Our staff has 20 years of experience teaching tumbling to kids. The hour is spent tumbling through a maze of mats and ropes, stretching, and laughing. Come have fun with the best! Please call. Dates and times available will vary.

Fees and Reservations

Full Member: $110.00
Basic Member: $130.00
Nonmember: $168.00

Package prices include the first 12 guests.

Reservations can be made up to three months in advance. Click here to download the reservation form.

Deposit of $50.00 is due two weeks in advance of the party date. Payment in full is due one week in advance of the party date.

Additional fees:

• $5 per additional child. Please notify the Rental Coordinator one week in advance if there will be more than 12 guests. Up to four additional guests may be added.
• $20 cancellation fee is due if a party is cancelled with less then 7 days notice.
• $16 staff fee for after business hours pool parties, per 20 participants.

Please note that each child must have a release form signed by a parent or guardian at the time of the party.
